If you get a corrupt or expired error or blank pages check the following..

1. Make sure the files are uploaded in binary format.
2. Check that the /ioncube folder is in the same directory as the script.
3. Check that dl() is enabled on your server.
4. If using WinZip disabled the “TAR smart cr/lf conversion” feature.
5. Check files are chmoded to 755.

After checking all these and reuploading if the script still does not work redownload and upload again..

Other possible causes:

This shouldn’t be relevant, but try updating to the latest Loaders. Again this shouldn’t matter as ioncube test for compatibility, but try removing Zend Optimiser. It generally has a negative effect on performance, and so unless you really need it, it’s best to leave it out.
